GUIDE promises to provide the customers with quick, efficient, professional and high-quality after-sales service. You may enjoy the replacement or refund service, free warranty service and paid repair service within the scope of this regulation as long as your products are bought from the authorized distributors, official sales outlets and official on-line sales channels of GUIDE. Please keep your purchase vouchers, receipts or order numbers well in order to exercise relevant  rights within the scope of this regulation. Our company has the right to modify the policy without further notice. Please visit GUIDEs official website for the latest policies and regulations.


1. The products may be replaced if: 
-The customers unpack and check the goods in the presence of the deliveryman, and find the products have been damaged due to transportation; 
-The actually received goods are inconsistent with their descriptions; 
-After unpacking, the products cannot be booted up normally under the guidance of technicians, or unartificial quality defects are found; 

2. GUIDE reserves the right to refuse the replacement or refund requirements of the customers if: 
-The customers raise the replacement or refund claims after 7-day replacement or refund duration (calculated as of the date of receipt); 
-The products for replacement or refund, outer packages, accessories, gifts, and instructions are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial       reasons; 
-Legal purchase vouchers or receipts cannot be provided during replacement or refund, or the receipts are forged or altered; 

-The goods have no quality problems via detection by the technical support department of GUIDE; 

-The products are collided or burnt not due to the inherent quality problems, or have quality problems due to artificial modification without permission, foreign matter ingress (such as water, oil and sand), incorrect installation, and use and operation not in accordance with the instructions; 

-Labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks, and the like are torn up or altered;

 

Free-Warranty Service Policy
GUIDE promises that GUIDE will provide free warranty service within the effective warranty period (different parts of products have different warranty periods, and see the list in the appendix for details) since the date when the products are sold, and the customers should not pay any detection charges, labor charges, spare part change charges, test charges and express charges when reprocessed products are returned (freight charge will be paid by the customers when delivered) under the following conditions. The customers may directly contact the authorized distributors where they bought the products, or local official authorized service stations of GUIDE for repair: 

1. The following conditions must be satisfied for the free warranty service: 
-The products have been used normally within the specified warranty period without unartificial performance failures; 
-The products have not been dismounted unauthorizedly, and are free from modification or rebuilding under the guidance of unofficial instructions, and other unartificial failures; 
-The products S/N, factory labels, and other marks are not torn up or altered; 
-Effective purchase vouchers, receipts and order numbers can be provided.

2. The following situations shall be beyond the free warranty service:
-The products have artificial collision and burning accidents not due to quality problems; 
-The products are damaged by unauthorized modification, dismounting, unpacking and other behaviors which are not under the guidance of the official instructions; 
-The products are damaged by incorrect installation, use and operation not in accordance with the instructions; 
-The products are damaged by circuit modification, or incorrect matching and use of battery packs and chargers not in accordance with the instructions; 
-The products are damaged by all flying and shooting not in accordance with the instructions; 
-The products are damaged by reliability and compatibility problems when used with the third-party parts not certified by GUIDE;

 

Paid-Warranty Service
GUIDE will provide the paid repair service if the replacement or refund and free warranty terms cannot be satisfied. The customers shall pay the inspection charges, labor charges, spare part change charges, test charges and express charges when reprocessed products are delivered. The customers may directly contact the authorized distributors where they bought the products, or local official authorized service stations of GUIDE for repair: 

The following situations fall into the paid warranty service scope: 
-Exceeding the effective warranty period; 

-All situations not belonging to the free repair scope (see the situations not belonging to the free repair in the paid repair policy for details);
